The Ashley Jolly SAD Trust, SADS UK, is a voluntary organisation that exists to help prevent the early loss of life by raising awareness about heart conditions that can cause a Sudden Adult/Arrhythmia Death (SAD) and to improve the lives of those adversely impacted by cardiac arrhythmia.

The NSF chapter for arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death was published on 4 March 2005. The chapter includes a commitment to make supporting resources available and models of care which service providers may use for local implementation.
